We are a small family-owned guest ranch located between Cody, WY and the East Gate of Yellowstone.

We are looking for hard-working, self-motivated individuals who have strong horse experience and knowledge. Good candidates will also be very people-oriented, friendly and have excellent communication skills.Employees considering this position will need to be available to work mid-May through the end of September.

Our small crew is expected to help where needed from horse care, trail rides, cleaning cabins, cooking, ranch maintenance, and whatever else may arise! We are looking for honest, friendly, outgoing, trustworthy employees. If you love the outdoors, nature and mountain views, this is the place for you! We do offer our employees free housing, time-off and a monthly wage.

Rand Creek Ranch is located on the Northfork Highway in Northwestern Wyoming, USA. We are 30 miles from the East gate of Yellowstone National Park and 22 miles from Cody, Wyoming along the Northfork of the Shoshone River. The Northfork Hwy is also called Hwy 14/16/20 & Yellowstone Hwy.
